INFORMATION & CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

MORNING OF CHECK-OUT:

1. Sweep excess sand from all floors.
2. Rinse tubs and showers free of excess sand.
3. All dishes must be cleaned, removed from dishwasher and put away.
4. Counters wiped clean.
5. All trash bagged and placed outside in trash bin.
6. Remove open and partially used food from refrigerator. Unopened , unused foods will be donated or left for next guests.
7. Leave all keys on kitchen counter and lock doors behind you (all doors and windows must be closed and locked)
8. If you have moved furniture please return to original location.
9. STRIP ONLY SHEETS & PILLOW CASES FROM BEDS! Leave ALL dirty laundrydownstairs in a pile by washing machine.
10. Reset all thermostats : in Summer/Fall 70 degree and Winter/Spring 65 degrees
11. Before you leave please sign the guest book!
12. Have a safe trip home and come back to Coco Cabana soon!
